Job Summary

A New Vehicle Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling vehicles to customers. A Sales Consultant will be a superior product expert and consistently demonstrate excellent customer service on a daily basis to ensure a positive buying experience for his or her guests. We believe top performers deserve top pay.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • To sell vehicles and associated products using the Calgary Hyundai Sales Process
  • Attend and implement training
  • Be Self-Motivated
  • Be able to take direction well
  • Have outstanding customer service skills before and after a vehicle is sold
  • Be able to create and maintain genuine and beneficial customer relationships
  • Have strong computer skills. MS Outlook, Automotive CRM software knowledge an asset
  • The ability to build rapport over the telephone and to want to learn industry leading telephone skills
  • Maintain professional business attire
  • Knowing more than one language is an asset
  • Ability to confidently network among your community and peer group
